This home is on a quiet street yet just minutes from all the attractions. THE HOUSE This 2477 sq foot 5 bedroom 3.5 half bath home is located in Reunion Resort. Guests can dine at any of the exclusive Reunion Resort restaurants. The home is 10 miles to everything Disney and only 20 miles to Universal, SeaWorld, and other Orlando attractions. BEDROOMS 1st Floor Owner's Suite - King bed with pool access and full bath with soaking tub 2nd Floor bedroom with King bed 2nd Floor bedroom with Queen bed 2nd Floor classic Mickey-themed bedroom with two twin beds 2nd Floor Super Mario-themed bedroom with a bunk bed with two twin beds and a slide GUEST ACCESS The entire home, patio, and private pool are all yours. There is reserved parking in the rear driveway and plenty of street parking directly in front of the house. ENTERTAINMENT Community Swimming Pool: You are just a short walk to the Reunion Neighborhood Pool / Hot Tub 7 On-Site Resort Restaurants: Enjoy any one of the seven offerings at the Reunion from the Chophouse or the Sushi Bar, or the poolside Cove Bar and Grill. NOTE: The resort waterpark and golf course are only for Owners/Club Members. Other things to note The Pool/Spa Heater has an extra fee of $30/day or $17.50/day for spa only. It will be turned on and set to 86ºF - 88ºF. Pool may not reach that temperature based on outside air, especially during cooler nights during winter months. Pool has an attached spa with air jets and the temperature, when paid for, will reach 100-103 even in cooler temps. The spa will take longer to heat up but will always reach temperature. Starter Kit for your arrival: The guest is responsible for shopping during their stay. For your convenience, we provide a complimentary starter supply of: Toiletries - 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar of soap per bathroom Kitchen - 1 dish sponge,1 dish detergent, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 roll of paper towel General - 1 garbage bag per bin and 2 extras for replacement, 1 laundry soap pod Grill available upon request. Housekeeping: The house will be professionally cleaned/sanitized prior to each check-in, and it is the guests’ responsibility to maintain the property during the stay.
